Colleague, Informer, SelfService and SageAdvisor are available 24/7. However in order to maintain the integrity of services and provide new features, the MIS department will need to perform maintenance which will make these services unavailable. Below is the maintenance schedule.

  • Colleague will be unavailable every Friday from 6 am to 8am
  • SelfService will be unavailable every Friday from 6 am to 8am
  • SageAdvisor will be unavailable every Friday from 6 am to 8am
  • Informer will be unavailable every Friday from 6 am to 8am


There are times when maintenance needs to be performed outside of the above schedule. In these circumstances, you will be notified via email when they will be unavailable.
